RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the products.

How to withdraw
Before the period ends, send us a clear statement at office@katart.eu, for example the completed form below. Using the form is not mandatory.

Returning the products
Send the products back within 14 days of telling us your decision, to our atelier: Kat'Art – Katart Ateliers S.R.L., str. Mănăsturului nr. 25, 405400 Huedin, Cluj County, Romania.
The direct cost of returning the products is paid by the customer.
Products must be returned unworn, undamaged, with all accessories and in their original packaging, so they arrive safely.

Refund
We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products back or you send proof of having sent them. We refund using the same payment method you used. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the products beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Standard designs from our collections that are made after your order (made-to-order) can be returned under the conditions above.

Defective products
If you receive a damaged or non-conforming product, write to office@katart.eu as soon as possible, with photos. We pay the return costs for non-conforming products.
