SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery area
We ship to Romania and to the European Union countries available at checkout.

Delivery options
At checkout you see every option available for your address – carrier, estimated delivery time and cost – and choose one before paying.

Free shipping
In Romania for orders over 500 lei. In other countries for orders over €250.

Preparation time
Every piece is checked and carefully packed before dispatch. The preparation and dispatch time is shown at checkout, together with the estimated delivery time. Made-to-order pieces may take longer; the production time is shown on the product page.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you receive an email with the tracking number.

Damaged parcel
If the parcel arrives damaged, please take photos before opening it and write to office@katart.eu.
